Green Ventures is currently dedicated to successful engagement with its three primary constituents: project developers, carbon credit buyers and investors - providing the capital driving the purchase of carbon credits in various stages of their lifecycle.
This Green Ventures business model is to manage a portfolio of “maturing” carbon credit assets, and then selling them in the global carbon market.
The management team of Green Ventures is committed to managing superlative relationships on both the supply (carbon credit acquisition) and demand (carbon credit counterparty sales) sides of this business. By building a cohort of advocates who choose to conduct business with Green Ventures, we will experience market-bests in both supply of and demand for our primary commodity: Certified (& Verified) Emission Reduction (CER) credits. This will ensure maximum returns to our investors.
At this time, the primary credit source in the managed portfolio of carbon credits is India. This reflects a conscious effort to leverage unique market circumstances, as well as unique market knowledge, derived from extensive research, of the India carbon market.
