Green Ventures provides speculative environmental engineering as well as CDM process management services to project sponsors interested in developing projects with the purpose of reducing greenhouse gases, most prominently carbon dioxide emissions.
Rather than charging for consulting services in a typical manner of “time and materials” billings, Green Ventures provides its engineering and process management services as a co-partner in the project, seeking to have the right of first refusal, for the opportunity to pay the project co-partner for any ensuing Certified Emission Reduction (CER) credits.

1) The project sponsor has no up-front costs for access to top-tier engineering and CDM process management services.
2) Green Ventures will provide expertise in the CER validation process, delivering a greater likelihood of obtaining project-related carbon credits.
3) Due to the value of disintermediating multiple “carbon brokers”, Green Ventures is able to offer a better price to the project sponsor for the CERs
4) Project sponsor sells CERs directly to Green Ventures, rather than utilizing a broker who may have yet to find the actual purchasing entity of the CER.
