Green Ventures International is a services company.  All of the services provided by Green Ventures are in the area of facilitating commerce of carbon credits, primarily CERs and VERs.  Starting from the early stages of the carbon credit lifecycle, Green Ventures engages companies that are interested in entertaining the notion of reducing their greenhouse gas emissions.  Our consultation services to these project-generating companies is our Project Development Service.  While there are numerous environmental engineering services companies offering their project development services, few are also credit purchasing principals and can therefore be a direct buyer of the resulting asset.  Consequently, Green Ventures is a unique provider, by having the ability to offer its environmental engineering services at below market rates, with the provision of a signed ERPA (Emissions Reduction Purchase Agreement).  This dramatically lowers risks faced by the project sponsor.

Upon successful completion and certification of a CDM project, Green Ventures will, in most cases, purchase the resulting carbon credits from the project sponsor/developer via an ERPA agreement.  

Purchased carbon credits are held as an asset in a Green Ventures carbon fund until such time as it is determined to be a good opportunity to sell these maturing assets.  Sales of carbon credits is done via exchange, as well as directly to either financial or compliance buyers.  Please contact Green Ventures if you have a potential interest in buying certified or verified emissions reduction credits.
